• Orders are confirmed only after full payment and final design approval.

• Minimum quantities and lead times may apply depending on the product and level of customisation.

• Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery

• As our products are custom-made, delivery times typically range from 3 to 6 weeks and will be confirmed at the time of order.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location and order size.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or differs significantly from the approved design.

Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including missed games, events, or sponsorship opportunities.
